Compression on a 164E 140-160

I am in the process of buying a '74 164E and was wondering what a healthy read should be in a compression check? What are the acceptable variance allowances from cylinder to cylinder? Should all 6 be the same? What would be the lowest read I should be comfortable with? Thanks in advance for any advice on 164E compression specification anyone cares to share!
