Where is the ABS fuse on 740 turbo wagon? 700

In the manual it says its left of the steering wheel, underneath. I just took the panel down and couldn't find it. I need to disable the ABS because its going off all the time, for no reason. Yes I know one of the sensors is failing, but I don't have the money to get it repaired. I'd rather have it disabled. Can someone tell me exactly where it is?
