It's not Volvo it's this dealer

If I had another place to take it that was reasonable I would. There are two shops near by that work on Volvos. The problem is the difference in labor rates is $10. The dealer charges 69.99 a hour. The independent shops near by are charging $60 per hour. The good dealer is charging me a special rate of $62 and at least 10% off or warranty price on parts. For example a new B230ft is 2995.00 at the bad dealer, 2500.00 at the good dealer. They don't just quote me a price they spin the computer screen around for me to see the cost, list, warranty, wholesale price on the screen.
