Volvo has lost a 21 year customer

Hey, Saabs are neat little cars. Volvo drivers seem to look at them like Crazy Uncle Sven made them. Everytime I see one in a junkyard I end up turning to my friend and exclaiming "Yup. That's just crazy." as I point at the bizarre looking engine compartment.

They're real neat. Except for the crummy transmissions, having the alternators near the firewall, the crummy heater control valves, steering racks, brake calipers on the earlier ones, drooping headliners, aluminum oil pans.... er hey they're neat looking cars :-)

They really do have a few neat safety or convenience oriented designs.. they're just executed in crazy ways. I really do like the ignition lock at the transmission.

But.. they've got a similarly crazy DIY online following (saabnet.com). I'm sure you've gotten some knuckle saving advice from them, right?

What's wrong with your example anyhow?
