follow up: replaced my leaky fuel return line 700 1990

for those interested, in reference to my previous post:

i replaced the line today, there just wasn't anywhere to get line on thanksgiving. it is 3/8" diameter, and the length is 2ft. i made sure to get fuel line. once again, the dummies at autozone tried to give me a normal rubber hose, and which point i politely said goodbye. if you don't know, gasoline + normal rubber = big no-no. the new line is not covered in mesh/clothe, but i was told that's no big deal. what IS that mesh cloth for anyway?

simple fix, all done. thanks for the responses to the other thread john and volvosteel and to whoever else read it. :)
