Saab vs. Volvo

I drove a 1992 Saab 9000 CSE 2.3 before I bought my present daily driver, a 1987 740 GLe Turbo Diesel Intercooler and must say that the two cars are very different worlds. In Sweden, where I grew up although I am English, you're either a Saab driver or a Volvo driver and never shall the two meet.

One funny thing, in the 80's Volvo had the 760 and Saab the 900/9000 Turbo. Volvo always claimed then that they would never make a FWD car and Saab always said that they would never make a 6 pot car. Well, enter the early 90's and suddenly we had the 850 and the 9000 V6.
