yea he can take it to a locksmith and have it done when i bought my car all i got was a valet key so it didnt work on the rear panal ( wagon ) nor the glove box, so i had him make me a master key and repair the locks as they were damaged i paid around $35 to have 3 master keys made and the bearings in the two locks repaird much cheaper then getting a key from the dealer plus you get the locks serviced in the process.
