1990 Volvo 740 GLE BRICK 'Nikie' I need advise on tension wire. 700 1990

Midas has presently removed the timing and balance belts and are asking
about changing a tension wire. Can you explain this to me a bit more to
what they are talking about. Also, where are these front end seals people
are talking about for me to have changed as well. Also, according to Midas
the oil pump bolt is fine and I shouldn't have it replaced. Should I listen
or have it replaced anyway? Also, people have told me about a tension wire
to the hydraulics on the timing belt should be replaced while they are in
there now. Should this be done or should I stick to having just the
tensioner bearings replaced.
