Adjusting AMM to eliminate flatspot during acceleration??

Sure does sound like it could be a loose connection, but are you saying this trouble survived an engine transplant? Did it just begin after working on the harness? You know about the pins on the ignition computer being a problem. And I pulled the prepump out of the '83 my daughter totalled and found the hose coupling very porous, yet no obvious signs of trouble.

Ooh, black leather! Saw some on ebay last week.

So it happens during the warm up period and does not recur after warm?
