Injectors 200 1981

Re: 1981 242, 4 cyl, non-turbo. Injector questions. My injectors are held in by friction only. One bolt holds the head insert, but nothing but friction holds the injectors in the insert. Is this right or did someone leave off something during a previous repair?? Should injector seals be replaced every time injectors are pulled? Lastly, what’s the best way to clean the injectors?? Your help is always greatly appreciated!!
