740 Bross Turbo? 700

Hi All

Found an older 740 Bross Turbo with manual transmission for sale. I think it is 1985 with 206,000 miles. AC is kaput and I could not get the over drive to engage. Needs a repaint but other than that I think it was maintained. Looks like 10,000 mi since the timing belt has been replaced and a new raditor was installed last year. I think it has also had the wiring harness replaced. Engine and trans seem fine (with exception of overdrive relay maybe?). What would be a fair price on this? And do you think it would be worth spending some money on to bring up to Spec?

Also no body rot or rust.
