Virgos on a 740? and lug nuts? 700

I've got a set of studded snows, mounted on Virgo wheels (240 turbo 5 spoke 15"). Was going to put them on my 245 but now the wife's got a 91 740, no ABS. She's got Dracos on there now. I'm pretty sure the wheels will fit her car but does anyone know if the Draco lug nuts will fit the Virgos?
