760 autotrans clunk when selecting gears 700

Hello,
I'm getting a loud clunk and the car jerks when I shift out of park to reverse or drive(or vice versa). Any ideas what the cause of this could be? Maybe worn U joints or engine/trans mounts? There doesnt seem to be any vibration at speed or clunk as the trans shifts through the gears in drive. Any input would be appreciated.
