Fill plug bolt size for M46 tranny 200 1986

Hello all-
Been awhile since I've been on the board. Good to be back. I'm having some weirdness with the OD engaging sometimes and need to check the fluid level. I'm running Amsoil in it right now, and have noticed a small leak that has developed. The frigid weather here in Chicago has really aggrivated the problem. I think this is a low fluid level problem, as shifting is a little harder than usual. What freakin size is the fill plug bolt? It looks to be a little smaller than the oil drain plug, but my biggest metric wrench (17mm I think) is a bit too small. Thanks.

Rbennett

P.S. What's the place to go for a case of Mann oil filter's? Thanks.
