90 765 turbo idle setting B230 FT engine 700 1990

1990 760 Turbo Wagon B230 FT

In reviewing the FAQ this model doesn't have a base idle adjusting knob like my 87 740. There isn't any adjustments that I can find for idle speed. It's my understanding that at idle the butterfly in the TB should be closed completely and the EFI computer regulates idle speed through Idle air control valve based on sensor inputs. ie RPM sensor ,temp sensor ,oxygen sensor etc. Is that correct for this model?

Also on another note - there is a sensor in the intake to the turbo(molded seat in large intake hose) Anyone know what this does? pressure/no pressure ?

Thanks in advance. Joe
