Won't start by itself 200 1986

First, this car is just plain evil. At first I broke the alt tensioner bolt that goes in the engine block. So drilled it and put an extractor in it. The extractor broke in it. So drilled out the entire bolt + extractor and cleaned the the treads again with a tap. The tap broke inside. I finally got that out, drilled oversized the hole and put in heli coil. It's holding for now.

Now the problem. Won't start. Checked all obvisous stuff (fuses ect). Here's whats happening in the fuel pump relay. None of the relays click. If I 'contact' (by hand) the one relay, sometimes the second will click and the car will start. As soon as I release the relay it stops. Replacing it with another working fuel pump relay does not help. I do have the pumps buzzing when I jump 87/2 and 30, but it did not start.

I did check the ETS and that was to specs.

The wiring harness on the car does seem decent. I did tape up a few ends.
