240 Wheels and ECU's

well, I dunno, Bob...

If the Virgo Alloys are good (REALLY good) they are easily worth $200. If the center caps and lugs are there, maybe more. With good rubber, the wheel/tire combo probably is worth $300 alone.

So (assuming the rims are nice) the question becomes, "Is the rest of the car worth $100?"

Well, depends on what you mean by "worth $100". There are easily $100 worth of sellable parts on most any car.

If one feels like putting some time and effort into it, and has space and tools, he could buy the car, keep the rims, and sell $2-300 worth of other stuff.

So if your labor is worth $0, you might be able to get a set of nice rims free - or thereabouts.
