240 turn signal switch problems(1978)

Yeah,

I had one that didnt work. replaced it with one from the wreckers. Now theres another problem: the left turn signal works perfectly. The right signal blinks a bit to fast. The really wierd thing is that the highbeam switch only works if the turn signal switch is in the right turn position.

Anybody ever have this problem? Is it repairable? Or do I need another switch.
