Oil leak after engine & tranny mounts replaced 900

I recently was hit (while waiting at a stop light) in the left front fender/bumper area that pushed my front end from left to right (from the driver's perspective). After $4700 in repairs, requiring all new engine and transmission mounts, I noticed a slight oil leak. Not sure if this could have happened when the repair shop jacked up the engine to free the mounts, therefore cannot prove it was their fault. Unfortunately I didn't check or notice any leaks prior to repair. I need to have an idea where the leak would likely come from before I bring it in for repair (to a different repair shop, of course). It is a slow leak that shows no signs of upper engine leakage and the oil drip seems to come from the back of the engine, near where the oil plug is. And no, it's definitely not a loose or damaged plug, I already checked that. One more thing...what's that plastic snap-on-cover-thingy just behind the oil plug??? Seems like that has a lot of oil on it....

Thanks!
