i failed emmisions...any suggestions?

When I got the car the distributer cap was orange...During the tune-up, I replaced it with a black one, so I guess that means Bosch.

Re: the cat?
It could be the catalytic converter but i don't think the engine and cat are even heating up enought. The way i understand it, if the cat isn't fully warmed up, it's not going to do it's job.
