Best way to flush PS system? 200

I switched over to synthetic this past summer and followed this advice offered to me by a local volvo guru. Get two quarts and a helper. Loosen the bolt that connects the P/S pump to the rack via "banjo" connection. (The metal part flares out into the shape of a banjo body and the bolt goes through the middle.)The old fluid will start to drool out (have a container under) Have helper start car and slowly turn wheel from lock to lock while you pour the new fluid into the resevoir (it will FLY outta there!) After you've emptied the first quart, shut off the motor and tighten the bolt. Top off fluid with second quart and you are done!
