Power windows 200 1991

This morning while attempting to defrost my windshield I noticed my windows would not go down. After I got home from work I cleaned the fuse and holder, no joy. I tried from the back seats as well, every position is dead. So I thought I'd look for the relay. Bentley points towards the right side of the center vents. I look in there and find some relays behind the vents and I'm able to get my pinkie on them. Not good, so I look around some more and find two sitting next to each other behind the glove box. Could this be the relay I'm looking for? One of these relays and a plastic red 10amp(?) fuse plugged into it. That looks a little strange to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
