air control motor

no it is not a "cis" motor its in an 86 245, and no i did not realise that it was an ac signal . i was testing with a dc meter it was my understanding that the center terminal was supposed to have 12 volt dc at all times, but i have been wrong about alot of things so far. not about not being cis tho there is no control box near the ecu.
Thanks for the reply
