Buying my first 1800 1800

I am buying a 1973 P1800ES. It is my first do any of you have any tips or warnings? It has an automatic trans and looks to have the weather stripping on the frivers door missing as well as the passenger mirror. it has A/C but the belts are off so condition is unknown however the fact that the belts are off speaks volumes. Are any of these ral big problems? I am moving the car across
country from California via transport. I will see the car on Saturday Dsc 7th.
