240 ECU problems

Soon as my son can this car back to me so I can verify a few voltages and gnds I will have some better info to go on. I have a parts 78 wagon with the pre-lambda system so there aint parts there to swap around and I certainly aint taking parts off the sweet little 242. Anyway I can go 20 bucks for a sensor. I can also compare readings to the 242 and get some idea what kinda voltage a new O2 sensor provides. Anyway i have read you can disconnect the sensor and hold the lead in your hand to see changes in the freq valve and that didnt do anything. new O2 sensor first, verify power and gnds to ECU and go from there. I have power at the Freq valve.....
