740 turbo engine smoke...again 700 1987

Hello all, more engine smoke woes.engine started pressurising and forcing oil out of the cambox gasket and filler, not immediately but when the engine had been running for ten minutes or more. After reading the previous numerous threads on this subject I cleaned all pipes out...they were blocked alright! and this made a difference..BUT.. its still doing this and now I've noticed the coolant has oil contamination and by supposition water in the oil causing overpressure when it boils off.
so is it head gasket or my theory of the moment, the water cooling for the turbo or is there some other straw i can clutch at or ..sob is this the end of the road for my turboclunker(its too ratty to jutify a major repair)

any thoughts/ridicule/options would be appreciated

ta v much

BTW volvo dealer sold me flame trap for it .........doh where does that go then?
