converting a manual NA 740 to automatic. 700

Hello brickters!

I have this good looking 740 NA that will most certainly end up in the hands of my other in law (I know, not a very good move). She doesn't drive a stick shift, so I will convert the car to automatic shifting. What will be the best fit for the car? AW70, AW70L, AW71 or AW72L? So far I have figured that in addition to the tranny and its cross member, I need the complete driveshaft and center support, the gear selector, overdrive wiring and relay and finally the brake pedal. I am missing something? Has someone done this before? Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated. ('85 740 sedan)
