Fuel Problem ? 700 1986

Hello everyone, I am looking for help for a problem I had last night. I was driving my 86 760 turbo wagon. When I was stopped at a light, the car stalled, which it never does. When I tried to restart it, it would start, but it immediately died again. It seemed like it wasn't getting fuel. When I hit the gas, it wouldn't accelerate. After trying this over and over again for fifteen minutes, the car started, and I drove it home (everything was normal) when I got in the driveway, it stalled again, same condition. Any suggestions as to what this could be ? The car has had a recent tune up,and has been running fine, it has 200 thousand miles on it. Could this be a fuel pump ? How do I test it ?

Thanks
Mark H
