Idiot lights softly glow 900 1993

Hello,
On my way home from works today the idiot lights started to glow softly at a traffic light. Then the "SRS" light came on full strength, going out after about 10 sec. The idiot lights would darken agin if the rev's were above 2300 rpm's. Does this sound like a battery problem? Sometimes, if air is very cold, when I start her up the radio will loose it's station. Not the memories, just the station. Sound related?? Please help.
