Desparately need some inside information! 900 1993

I need to remove an interior panel on my 93 940T wagon and have no idea (short of a sawzall) how to even begin. The previous owner drilled into the right side panel of the console to install a cell phone and I want to remove and repair or replace it. The panel is on the passenger side center from about the leading edge of the seat to the firewall and forms the edge of the console that houses the audio and heater controls. Thanks..
