I'm not sure what you mean by "all around rubber".
An all season tire compromises preformance in all areas. Nokian, however, claims they make one that doesn't, but its expensive. Tires with long life use harder compounds (eg, Michelins) that compromise handling (my bias) and are terrible in wet conditions. Your contact with the road is 4 small patches of rubber, so this isn't the place to consider only cost. Oh yes, if you drive in snow, get 4 separate snow tires (Blizzaks, Gislaved, Yokahama, Nokian.) How much is your deductable?

My experience: The Michelins on my 240 are the last I'll buy. I put Bridgestone Potenza RE950s on my 940 - about $90 ea, but handling and ride are exceptional. Had Pirellis 4000Sports and 6000Touring (I think) on a 244 and had problems with separating plys and difficulty balancing.
