Front Suspension Bushings 700

I have an '89 760 Wagon and just ordered a front suspension bushing kit from IPD. I ordered a Chilton repair manual as well. Of course the kit showed-up but the manual is backordered. I decided to jump in this morning anyway… I am well into the project but have two simple (I hope) questions:
1. How the heck to you get the old control arm inner and the control arm stay, inner bushings out. Do they need to be pressed out? Do a need a gear puller? Do they need to be heated?
2. I don’t have the torque specs. I understand that the final tightening should be done with the car on the ground.

Thanks!
