Need advice regarding potential purchase. 700

I was in the market for a 700 series a couple of years ago and I found the FAQ on the 700 series in the swedishbricks webpage to be very helpful. I would say that ,to simplify your question-the more stuff you have-the more stuff will fail. The 7 series (particualarly the 760's) have ALOT more stuff than does your 200 series. Hence more problems. If, at 90k that Turbo has been babied-it might be good for awhile, however, if it fails-plan on droppintg a cool grand to fix it.
Two other pricey fixes: shocks, and motor mounts. Nivomat shocks run 800-1200 to replace, and I think the motor mounts are quite pricey as well. I drove quite a few turbo wagons that seemed to have a real "dumpy" suspension in my opinion, and I wasn't in the mood to drop a bunch of $$$$ into a used vehicle.
-I could go on, but suffice to say that in the name of practicality i stayed with the 200 series-you should do what ever you like.

Good luck.
