1981 GLT wagon front brake rotors 200

So I wised up and read other posts. I now know new vented rotors are required. As I have a GLT with mags and an airdam that probably give some extra cooling what rotors are best: Brembo vented or ATE power discs with the additional grooves in the disc as well as the vents? (Don't want to get to fancy with cross-drilled, etc.) AND what pads would you use? I tend to drive aggresively, which means I depend on my brakes for quick stops. I also hate noise and don't want squealing from the pads. THANKS...I love this site!
