Leaking Boot (Trunk) 700 1990

1)You can check to make sure that the power antenna is draining properly.
2)Ensure that the gaskets around the rear light assemblies are in good order
3)It may be time to replace the boot lid gasket altogether if it is the cause of your problems.
4)It might be possible that the lid is out of alignment and this can be slightly adjusted (just a little!!) at the hinge(need a 8mm allen key for a bolt that you can access throught the C-pillar inside car).

Rubber drain pipe?? - Is this the 1" diameter pipe by the boot lid? If it is, I think this is for venting the cabin air?

Just a few thoughts on where things might leak (saloon = 4door sedan right?? suggestions are for the 4 door variety!!).

Tim.
