What's the value of a decent '84 244 GL? 200 1984

Hi, well my dad got a newer car and is selling his Volvo and has put it up to me to sell for him. It's got about 270k miles, runs pretty strong, fairly clean- one tiny spot of clear coat peel (can be fixed before it's problem), a small dent in the rear drivers side fender (should be an easy fix), has a good working sun-roof, all power windows working, cruise control is broken (I think) clock broken (who's isn't?), oil temp gauge might be broken (the connection at the plug I think is bad), a few dash lights out (over the small gauges), good older Sony speakers, O.K. Jensen tape deck (works well, but isn't high end, and has the display light out), front seat covers for it's whole life (same ones!), smogged, blue (that lightish metalic blue) paint, alloys (regular GL ones). Think that's about it. Anthing more I should know about it to base the value on? I'm just looking for suggestions on what to ask. I'm in Northern California.
Thanks
