This week I'm thinking seats. I will be pulling out both of the front seats and doing some fixes. At issue:

-the seat heaters do not work.
+ how fixable are these? I have the Bentley's which gives some diagnostic info, BTW.
+ is it possible to find seat heater kits at the big auto parts chains if it comes to that?

-saggy driver side.
+I'm thinking I'll just swap the foam from the passenger side.
+replacing the web (missing springs on the current one)

-lumbar support
+Hoping these will be fixable. If not, I might spring for the kit.

-bad vinyl.
+ I have a lead on an upholstery shop that does Volvos for a local lot. I might actually go this route.

Anyone have any seat project tips to add?
