oil smell 900 1994

Ok I have a 94' 945T and I am still experiencing an oil smell when I drive my car, especially if I kick in the turbo. I recently changed the oil and oil cooler lines as they were rotten, I also have checked for oil leaks and the only two spots I am not 100% about are the oil return line(it looks ok) and the oil filler cap. Oil can be visibly seen coming out of the cap after a short drive, I think it is flying back onto the turbo exhaust and burning and causing smell through the cabin of car when heat or A.C. are running. I had been told to check PVC system(ie. excessive compression pressure) on previous posts but am having a hard time locating. Do turbos have them?, if not is there something comparable.
I am also experiencing squealing of my turbo when it kicks in, it used to only squeal when half way up the white bar on gauge but since I changed oil it is doing it right at black/white interface of gauge. it still has plenty of pep, I just want to know whether i am doing more harm than good. I tore off the front turbo air lines and got a look at the front turbine of the turbo and it looked great no knicks or bent props. There was some oil in the line but I believe this is expected, haven't gotten up the nerve to disengage the rest of the turbo from the manifold, could the oil feed lines be coked?
Any and all suggestions would be much appreciated.
Miles
