1978 240. can anyone name this part???

Yeah,
The car has CI injection. The part in question is at the front of the engine, just underneath the intake. It shares the same housing as the idle adjustment screw. One of Its wires goes to ground on the intake. The other wire is loose. And that is the problem. Can anyone name the part, and tell me where the other wire goes?
