Lets play name that smell....... 700

Can't help with the smell other than the heater box behind the dash has a leak.
That my be your coolant leak. As far as the oil leak goes there are several places to start. One clean the engine top to bottom. The main spots to check for is the rear main seal. That is where the engine and transmission meet. Front seals behind the timing beat cover. The oil return line or tube. That is the tube that runs from the turbo to the engine block. It has a paper gasket where it meets the turbo and a large o-ring at the engine end. The oil filler cap seal on the valve cover. From there you have the oil pan gasket, and the oil filter extension. That's that silver part the oil filter screws into that attaches to the engine block. From there you have the oil feed lines that pump oil to the turbo and the oil cooler itself. Lastly are the O-Rings in the distributor. There are others but I can't remember the rest. Those are the biggies in order of oil loss possibilities
