Lug nut stud replacement 140-160 1973

It isn't a stud- it is a bolt with an oversize knurled shank and it has
a head on it. In the 1972 manual it is section 77, wheels, the first repair
shown in that section. Apparently you do have enough room to get the bolts
in and out but it takes a lot of force - they are a tight fit. I'd say that
if you try to hammer a bolt out with the axle or hub installed you might
damage a wheel bearing. The press tool is shown in the manual.
