Parts under manifold-replacement 200 1981

Re: 1981 242 non-turbo. I've got the intake manifold off. People have suggested I replace the heater hoses, sensors, and vacuum lines, etc. that are so well hidden under the manifold. Good idea. Should I go with Volvo parts on this stuff, rather than aftermarket? What about the manifold gasket. The Volvo part is a lot more money (five times as much), but maybe it's worth it. Funny, I went into this job to replace the flame trap. Found a totally clogged breather box and bad harness. Ending up replacing breather box, flame trap, engine wiring harness, heater hoses, injector seals, etc., as well as cleaning everything up along the way. The engine wasn't breathing at all! Hopefully this will stop the oil leak too. I'm learning a lot. Thanks for the tips. DougC
