intermittent misfire-any help diagnonsing? 200

'86 244 manual with 212k miles. Just bought it recently and about one out of four times when I start it it will run very poorly, hesitate, lurch, and generally act like a vacuum leak (seems to improve when it warms up). I can't find any leak, replaced the cap and rotor and wires with bosch parts. The guy I bought it from says he had a new wiring harness installed, but I can't find any bad grounds (I only checked in the engine compartment). If the problem is present, it will continue until I stop the engine. If it isn't present when I start the engine-it runs fine. Any ideas? I also checked the fuses and cleaned all the contacts. Thanks
