IMHO, there is an air fuel problem. Has your car been sitting around for any period of time ? If so, check your air box, you may find a surprise in the box, take a look anyway, it only takes a minute. I had many of the same symptoms in my 740 T and when I looked into the air box, I found about 500 acorns in there thanks to the local squirrel population (which is currently on the downtuen I might add !). I think you have an air fuel mixture issue.
