K-Jet, Idle sticks high under load when warm!? 200 1980

My 80 242 w/ K-jet N/A, has this high idle problem. Idles fine when cold, right around 900rpm. When warm the idle will stick anywhere between 1300 rpm and 1900rpm after accelerating. When I let the clutch out I can kick it down as if it it was carbuerated, but as soon as I accelerate and let the clutch out the idle will stick. No load, No stick? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
