Oil and Battery light Warning flickering and ON

Hi, I have been installing a salvage B230F engine, the knowledge has been great but I am still having odd problems. Currently, I start the engine - it runs fine sitting in the garage, I take it out on the road and it runs fine, then after about 10-15 minutes the oil pressure light comes on-then off- then back on until I go back to the garage. I check the oil level and it's fine. I'm confused on how to test and see if I really have a problem or its a electrical malfunction. Additonal bit of information, I also get a flickering of the "Battery" light on the instrument panel.

Can anyone tell me how I can analyze if I really do have a oil pressure problem or not, and how I can diagnose the electrical problems. I have ordered a new oil pressure sending unit to eliminate that. Thanks
