Idles surges even after a clean IAC 200 1985

So the very beautiful and very pregnant (38 weeks) wifey finally let me delve into the sticky IAC on her 1985 245 DL two days ago. Lots of carb cleaner some panther piss and voila...fixed. Rock steady idle at 750rpm. This lasted until this morning, now the idle fluctuates between 1500 and 1700 right back where it was. I will clean it again and maybe spray some light lubricant in there this time. Any suggestions?
