Retainers off of injectors, new seals going on. 200 1981

1981 K-jet. Thanks for all the advice on getting the injectors out of the plastic retainers. I used a variation of what you guys suggested. I didn't want to remove the injectors from the fuel lines since I am only replacing the seals. I put a piece of clean one-by-four alongside the head, put a towel padding on the board, put the end of the injector against the towel, put a 13mm open end wrench over the nut above the plastic retainer, and tapped on the wrench right next to the retainer with a hammer a few times and drove the retainers off easily. I had lubed the o-rings with WD40 last night. No sweat after reading all the advice. Cleaned everything up and ready to put on the new 0-rings. Any pitfalls I should watch out for?? I'm guessing it's OK to use the retainers again since they're not broken or cracked. The o-rings were sure brittle though. Thanks again. Great site.
