Service lite, rear window motor 700

Just purchased a 1990 740 gle with 98,000 miles. It has a few minor problems that I am looking for advice on:
- Service light is on. I was told that the vehicle was serviced by Volvo up to a few years ago (receipts to verify). Was to a regular garage the last few years and they could not find anything wrong but didn't know how to reset the light.

- Power window 30A fuse blows when driver's side rear window is raised. It gets about halfway up before blowing and then blows every time except when pulled up while switched. Would it be the track or the motor itself and how hard are the door panels to take off?

Thanks.
