throttle body upgrades ? anyone swapped up on b23e ? 200 1982

i have an '82 245GL w/ the b23e & k cam, looking at the air/fuel injection system, the tiny little throttle body looks like a possible flow restriction. i know the engine isn't supposed to create any real power (and it doesn't) until i get the revs up, but now that it's 20years old, i hate to rev it that high. any suggestions for making more power in the lower rpms ?
